Returns & Exchanges

At Velasca, we want to ensure your handcrafted Italian shoes are a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Velasca packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, and ensure the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once our artisans inspect the return, we will process your refund or ship your new pair.
